The Center for Justice, Tolerance, and Community and the Bridging Multiple Worlds Alliance seek to build institutional relationships to enable them to work collaboratively toward three goals:

1. Develop and sustain the capacity of community organizations and families to affect emerging issues, using successful education strategies, youth leadership development, regional economic analysis, and statistical analysis, and develop a new cadre of student leaders committed to such work;
2. Continue a broad program of public education about youth and education strategies, focusing grant-related activities on issues of educational equity; and
3. Disseminate positive strategies of collaboration and educational success with community-higher education partnerships across the country.
